who qualifies
- you’ve purchased a construction set or professional set for the plan you want to modify
- modification quotes are not offered on the planning set
what counts as a light modification
- window or door moves / size adjustments
- minor interior wall shifts
- simple roof pitch or overhang edits
- basic foundation options (e.g. slab → crawlspace)
larger or combined changes may require the professional set for editable CAD coordination.
not included (requires a custom quote)
- footprint changes or additions
- structural redesign or second story
- garage or basement additions
- permit drawings sealed by engineers
engineering, permits, site plans, and energy calculations are handled locally by the builder/homeowner.
